There is no better place than Discovery Kids Preschool to give your child the jump start they need to foster a love of learning. Discovery Kids Preschool is excited to announce that we now offer separate 3 & 4 year old morning programs. 4 year olds have the opportunity to sign up for full days. Our program allows children to utilize The Discovery Center’s ‘hands on’ children’s museum and explore The Story Garden, our interactive outdoor environment. A professionally trained teaching staff will work closely with you to ensure your child’s experience is one they will cherish for years to come!

“GOOD FOR YOU” CURRICULUM!
Cognitive skills including language building, numbers, sorting, grouping, colors and shapes, and an introduction to foreign languages and world cultures are explored through a traditional preschool curriculum. Healthy eating habits, physical fitness, self-esteem and imagination building will all be incorporated as part of the children’s daily activities. Children will be up on their feet practicing large and small motor skills, dramatic role play, creative arts and music movements throughout the week. Special instruction will be offered by our museum educators in the areas of Little Hands Science and Story Time.

BINGHAMTON U.P.K. PROGRAM & TUITION ASSISTANCE
The Discovery Center’s afternoon Preschool Program is now a Binghamton City School District Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program for 4 year olds only! Children who turn 4 years old by December 1st and are residents of the Binghamton City School District are eligible to enroll in our afternoon program TUITION FREE. You are only responsible for a $65 non-refundable deposit. Families may also be eligible for tuition assistance. Funding is based upon family income. PRESCHOOL CALENDAR
Discovery Kids Preschool follows the Binghamton City School Calendar for Holiday Breaks & School Closings Sept.-June.

Hours:  Monday – Friday half day sessions; either 9-11:30am or 12-2:30pm (separate 3 and 4 year old classes each session) with the option of a full day program with our back to back classes…just bring a bagged lunch!   Binghamton 4 year old UPK class is a morning session.
Fees:  $60 per half day session per week (Binghamton UPK is free for City residents), $65 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration.  8:30am early drop off available for an additional fee.  Register before June 30th and receive a free Discovery Center membership!
